With over 8 years of experience teaching yoga and fitness worldwide—from the beaches of Zanzibar to the islands of Greece—our new instructor brings a wealth of global expertise and energy to each class.
She’s led everything from Water Gym in Zanzibar to Zumba in Kos and Bodyfit in Rhodes, inspiring students across continents. Her diverse background and passion for wellness make her a dynamic addition to our team, ready to guide you on your fitness journey.

With over 30 years of international teaching experience, Mari brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for wellness to every class.
She’s a certified personal trainer, Yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, and HIIT coach, also trained in Les Mills programs. While her background spans all areas of fitness, she now specializes in Active Aging, Mobility, and supporting women through menopause - helping clients move with confidence, strength, and vitality.

Elo
Eloise is a 34-year-old mother to a 7-month-old baby, and movement has always been a core part of her life. Growing up immersed in artistic gymnastics, she developed a deep love for fitness, which eventually led her to transform this passion into a professional career.
Having studied and completed numerous training courses, Elo is now a certified instructor with expertise in Pilates, Strength, and HIIT. Her journey through motherhood has added a personal dimension to her teaching, motivating her to get back in shape post-pregnancy with balance, consistency, and determination.
Her mission is to help others feel strong, confident, and joyful in their bodies. She offers specialized prenatal and postnatal fitness sessions to support new moms, as well as general fitness training for all levels.
